This policy outlines the terms and conditions for purchasing items online from MAR Perfumes, including information on returns, cancellations, and delivery. Please read these terms carefully before submitting your order.

📍 Returning Products
If products are returned in a condition that is not fully resellable or if the packaging is damaged, MAR Perfumes reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange for hygiene and health protection reasons.
📍 Placing Your Order Online
We reserve the right to delay refunds and exchanges during busy periods such as Black Friday, holidays, or promotional events.
All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges are additional and clearly stated at checkout.
Please ensure all contact details and product selections are correct before confirming your order. Orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, and other major debit/credit cards.
You will receive an acknowledgment email with your order details, including product description, quantity, price, and shipping costs. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and dispatched within 2–4 working days (UK). Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday only.
MAR Perfumes reserves the right to cancel or reject any order. If we are unable to process your order for any reason, we will inform you by email and issue a full refund within 3–5 working days.

Currently, we are unable to deliver to some international destinations.
🕑 Approximate Delivery Timings
UK Orders Only: Next Day / 2–4 working days
Deliveries are not made on weekends, public holidays, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve.
Please plan your orders in advance, especially during peak seasons.
Due to postal restrictions, some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels.
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If no one is available, the courier will reattempt delivery or return the parcel to our warehouse.
You may be charged for redelivery.
Ownership of the product passes to you once payment is received in full. Responsibility for the item begins when it is delivered to your provided address.
📍 Delivery
- All UK orders – Free Delivery over £50
Delivery times may vary during peak periods (Christmas, Eid, Easter, etc.).
MAR Perfumes is not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors outside our control, such as severe weather or postal strikes.
If your package is stolen after delivery is completed, MAR Perfumes cannot be held liable.
Please check all goods upon delivery and contact us within 3 days if any issues are found (e.g., open or damaged packaging).
📍 Returns
Returns are accepted only if products are in fully resellable condition — unopened, unused, and in their original packaging (sealed in transparent film), with proof of purchase.
All returns must be made within 14 days from the date the order was delivered.
Loose oil products cannot be returned under any circumstances for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 3–5 working days after approval.
📍 Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only for unopened and unused products in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
All exchange requests must be made within 14 days from the date the order was delivered.

📍 Cancelling Your Online Order
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
If the order has already been processed or dispatched, you must return it in resellable condition.
